Employee Master File of AlphaHRMS helps to streamline the process of keeping employee records and create a paperless environment in the office. It contains a comprehensive employee database which keeps all records electronically with additional features include:

  • Allows up to 99 times payroll generation per period according to different needs.
  • User can define payroll frequency on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, half-monthly and monthly for particular pay group.

  • Handles leave deduction or payment.

Taxation Module allows users to submit tax returns to Inland Revenue Department via diskette:

  • The system supports electronic tax return filing (IR56B and IR56M diskette generation).
  • Generates hard copies of IR56B, IR56E, IR56F, IR56G and IR56M
  • IR-diskette (soft copies) and IR-forms (hard copies) have been approved by Inland Revenue Department as official tax return formats.
  • Allows users to edit taxation information and input additional tax information not specified in payroll.

Leave Module keeps track of leave status and leave transaction records. The function greatly enhances overall efficiency of the leave recording system and enhances accountability. Other features include:
